ABOUT PRODUCT RETURNS

Any returns or exchanges resulting from an error on TARUYA’s part will be shipped at TARUYA’s expense. When shipping a product for return or exchange, the purchaser should be sure to use a reliable shipping service and to insure the package. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made if the returned item has been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our Customer Service Center. Regarding any damages incurred during shipment, please refer to the information provided below. As a safeguard against potential abuse, TARUYA reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
